Finance Committee ChairElijah Dixon, MDThe Finance Committee shall have charge of the finances including any investment and re-investment of the funds belonging to the Society and shall create a report of accounts of the Society to be prepared at least once in each fiscal year by a competent and independent firm of certified public accountants in good standing. Upon receiving such report, the committee shall examine it and report to the Society. The report shall be filed with the records of the Society and an abstract thereof entered into the minutes of the annual meeting. The committee shall advise the Executive Council regarding financial planning and shall, in addition, perform such other functions as assigned to it by the Council.
