North & Latin American Exchange Grant
The purpose of this grant is to support one week of travel for successful applicants to train under the mentorship of an AHPBA member in another country. The goal of the program is to promote the exchange of ideas and best practices between HPB surgeons in North and Latin America. To apply, candidates must be an AHPBA Member in Good Standing as well as currently reside and practice in North or Latin America. Applicants must submit to travel to another country, besides their own, within the Americas Region. Three recipients will be awarded $5k each to offset costs of travel and accommodation for a 1-week exchange to an HPB Center in North or Latin America.
